"Fail Forward" interview video series
This is an interview series with Fabio Gratton, co-founder and Chief Experience Officer at Ignite Health. In this video he talks about how his personal drive and ambition have affected his relationships with colleagues and employees, and the many that have left the company over the years. This was shot in-house and in color with Panasonic AG-DVX100B digital camcorder with studio lights and edited with Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects.
